What is the delivery time of an order?

Orders placed in anj.gr on working days until 13.00 and provided the product is available, they are usually delivered in 2-3 days in the main cities of Greece.
For the rest of the regions, the delivery varies accordingly and can reach 5 working days.
In areas that are characterized as inaccessible by the courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case by case basis and you estimate that it can reach up to 7 working days.
Deliveries are made on working days and hours respectively, not valid for holidays and weekends. In case you wish the delivery to be made on Saturday, there will be an extra charge.
For orders with products that may not be available, but upon order, we will contact you by phone to inform you about the delivery time of the products.

How Safe Are You Online Shopping? Is my data protected?

anj.gr takes all the necessary measures for the security and protection of personal data and the observance of the confidentiality of their processing, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data.

  • There is no publicly accessible file of customers' personal data declared through our online store.
  • We do not require registration on the website (optional)
  • We never send advertising messages (email), unless requested by the customer.

 

For extra security, payment by credit card is made on our behalf, through the Stripe service. All card payments are processed through the Stripe electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

What exactly happens after placing an order?
  • Once you complete your order you will automatically receive an email from our website that will have your order exactly as you gave it. If you do not receive the automated email with the order you have placed, please check the spam mail because it may have ended up there, or you have given the wrong email.
  • The time required to receive the parcel we send by courier is usually one working day for Attica, two working days for the rest of Greece, while in some cases of small remote islands or inaccessible areas 3-6 days. Please note that courier deliveries are made Monday through Friday. In cases of general strikes and in cases of severe bad weather the above days are likely to increase. In any case we have no responsibility for any delays that are not due to us. If you expect a parcel from us and you have not received it within the above mentioned days please contact us.
  • You will be asked to sign for receipt of the parcel. This means that at the address you will give us someone must be there to pick up the parcel. If the courier does not find someone there they will leave a "note" and try again to deliver the parcel to you. If the courier fails to find you in three attempts the parcel will be returned to us. If it is returned and you want to be sent back, you will have to pay for the second shipment.
  • If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit your order will only be shipped when your deposit appears in our account.
  • Parcels are sent only if you have given us a contact phone number. It is better to give both landline and mobile communication as well as email.
  • Even if you have not chosen cash on delivery to send your order, it is necessary to give us a phone for communication in the morning (10:00 am - 3:30 pm) so that the courier can contact you if necessary to deliver the parcel to you , or to be able to find you in the event of a problem.
Will I receive a receipt - a receipt for my order?
  • The legal document (receipt / invoice) issued for the purchase of products from anj.gr is sent and accompanies the product you have ordered.
  • Caution: The document must be placed outside the package in a special adhesive case. Remove the document before disposing of the package.
