Information, terms and conditions for shipments in Greece

Your acceptance on all terms and conditions on this page is required to place an order. If you do not accept any of the terms please do not place any order. Placing an order automatically means accepting all terms.
All prices on our website are retail and include VAT.
Once you complete your order you will automatically receive an email from our website that will have your order exactly as you gave it. If you do not receive the automated email with the order you have placed, please check the spam mail because it may have ended up there, or you have given the wrong email.
The time required to receive the parcel we send by courier is usually one working day for Attica, two working days for the rest of Greece, while in some cases of small remote islands or inaccessible areas 3-6 days. Please note that courier deliveries are made Monday through Friday. In cases of general strikes and in cases of severe bad weather the above days are likely to increase. In any case we have no responsibility for any delays that are not due to us. If you expect a parcel from us and you have not received it within the above mentioned days please contact us.
You will be asked to sign for receipt of the parcel. This means that at the address you will give us someone must be there to pick up the parcel. If the courier does not find someone there they will leave a "note" and try again to deliver the parcel to you. If the courier fails to find you in three attempts the parcel will be returned to us. If it is returned and you want to be sent back, you will have to pay for the second shipment.
If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit your order will only be shipped when your deposit appears in our account.
Parcels are sent only if you have given us a contact phone number. It is better to give both landline and mobile communication as well as email.
Even if you have not chosen cash on delivery to send your order, it is necessary to give us a phone for communication in the morning (10:00 am - 3:30 pm) so that the courier can contact you if necessary to deliver the parcel to you , or to be able to find you in the event of a problem.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we consider that a serious reason arises.
The products we ship are always in excellent condition. We make every effort to package your order very carefully, in reinforced packaging, so that the transport of products can be done safely and without losses. In the unusual case that during transport your parcels arrive with obvious external deterioration, please do not pick it up, telling the courier that you refuse to pick it up because it looks damaged.
Any shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system. In the unlikely event that the calculation of shipping costs is incorrect due to a malfunction of the site (either for you or against you) we will notify you by email or by phone of a possible difference in shipping (if such an issue arises).

Returns are accepted - by arrangement.

A. If the shipped product has a problem, or we have sent you the wrong product, after communication, we will pay for the return cost and we will send you at our own expense another product to replace it.

B. If you change your mind and want to return the product, after contacting us, you must pay for the cost of returning the product. When we receive the returned product, if it is in excellent condition, closed, in its original packaging, we will send you * another product of similar value, or we will return the purchase value of the product.

Returns are accepted up to 10 days from the date of sale.

* Shipping for the shipment of the replaced product will be charged to you.

Our company reserves the right to modify, add, change the content or services of this website, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems necessary and without any prior notice.
